If you have forgotten your password, follow these 3 Steps:
1. Click the “forgot password” link above. An email will be sent to the email address associated with your username.
2. Click the link in the email sent to you. That click triggers another email to you that will contain your new password.
3. Use the new password sent to you in the 2nd email (which you can change on your profile page, if you want).
If you do not receive the first email, maybe you signed up with a different email address or maybe the email was delivered to your spam folder.
Auto-caps. Some mobile devices automatically make the first letter uppercase. If the password emailed to you starts with a lowercase letter, click the up arrow on the keypad to make it lowercase, then enter your password.
If you cannot resolve the problem, please email us and let us know. We can reset your password.
