A password will be e-mailed to you
If you have forgotten your password, click the “forgot password” link above. An email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Inside the email is a link you must click. That triggers another email to you that will contain your new password (which you can change on your profile page, if you want). If you do not receive the first email, maybe you signed up with a different email address or maybe the email was delivered to your spam folder.
If you cannot resolve the problem, please email us and let us know. We can reset your password.
First time registering?
Enter a username (do not use special characters or spaces) and your email address. A password will be emailed to you immediately at the email address you provide.
Once you receive the email with your password, click LOGIN on the form to the left. Enter the Username you registered with and the password that was emailed to you. After you log in, you will be able to change this password if you want — just click My Profile, then scroll down to the CHANGE PASSWORD section.
Be sure to enter your info on the Profile tab so people will be able to contact you.
Didn’t get the email with your password? Check your spam filter. If you still don’t see it, contact us.
Unused agent/owner registrations will be purged from the website after two weeks. You will need to re-register to restart your account.
Did you sign up under the wrong type of account? You meant to sign up as a Consumer, but signed up as an agent? Or vice-versa? Let us know the email address you signed up with and the account type you want and we will change it.
